BABY BOY!!!!

One of my friends added a little boy to their family recently!

So, I was inspired by a project I had seen on the Stampin' Up! Demo site, to make this as a gift for them.

With the wonderful pictures I get as emails, I was able to print their pictures off in black and white.

I used the stamp set Nursery Necessities.

I did remove the baby's personal stuff (name, birthday, weight and length), from the pictures. Which I printed on velum from my computer printer, for the first time. I love the way it turned out! No more hand writing for me!!

My Dad's Birthday Card

Lots of male birthday's this month! This is the card I made for my Dad's Birthday. We celebrated at my parents house on Saturday, with a wonderful dinner and yummy strawberry cake!!!

I used a simple scrappin' kit from the Fall/ Winter 2007 catalogue, hostess level 1 Creative Licence. These kits aren't just for scrapbooking, you can use them to make cards and 3D projects too!!!

Simple Happy Birthday

This is a simple birthday card I did for my brother-in-laws 30th!

I used the Crop-A-Dile to dry emboss the dots on the chocolate chip card stock. The designer paper, Outlaw, is now retired.

Stampin' Club Projects

Here are the projects that my Stampin' Club members made this month.

The photo calendar is made with 4" x 4" coasters.

I used Fall Flower designer paper. We also played with the build a brads, which is a fun way to customise your projects!

The Valentine's Day bag is made from an envelope. It's a bagalope!!! I used the Happy Heart Day stamp set, from the Valentine's Day bundle (see previous posts).

Both projects gave us a chance to get our hands on the awesome Crop-A-Dile! We punched holes through the coasters, and set a jumbo eyelet!

Happy Heart Day Card

I have been playing with my new Happy Heart Day stamp set.

I think I went a little crazy with the heart /flower background stamp!

I love using the Jumbo Eyelets, now that I have the Crop-A-Dile!
