A Thank You and A Birthday

I made this simple baby thank you card for my Grandparents and Aunt & Uncle back east.
I used pretty in pink, kiwi kiss, baja breeze cardstock and ink.
Designer paper Candy Lane.
And pretty in pink ribbon.
The stamp is from the Enjoy Every Moment set.
Happy Birthday John!
My brother celebrated his 25th birthday this month!

I used the SU! textured plates in the big shot on the basic grey cardstock.
Then sponged black ink over it to define the embossing.
The stamp birthday wish, is a single stamp from the "under $12" page 208.
A great deal for $8.25!

I went to Pam's last night for a shoe box swap.
So  I will be posting the cards we made soon!
Happy Stampin'!!!

Baby Card

Congratulation to Luba & Jon! They had a baby boy, Liam, in march.
Here is the card I made for them.

I used the scallop circle bigz die to cut out my bashful blue cardstock.
Then ran it thru the textured Stampin' Up! plates.
I used my markers Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, and Real Red, to ink up the sail boat from Nursery Necessities. Cut it out, pop it up with dimensionals, added the bashful blue ribbon, and now we have a cute little bib card!
I am really loving my big shot!

April's Stampin' Club Projects

We got together this April to make this cute and simple basket.
The tag was made using sticky sheets and the Basket and Blooms die.

The card was made using the Burnished Velvet technique.
Again we used sticky sheets and Basket and Blooms die, and lots of Fine Cosmos glitter.

It's so sparkly in person!
Thanks for another fun day Ladies!

Swaps

I went to Pam's on Tuesday night for our downline meeting.
There we took turns demonstrating different techniques.
We also do a swap when we get together.

Leah Dixon made this great card using the new set And Many Mower from the new Occasions Mini.
Linda Christie made the next card. She used Tangerine Tango and Pink Pirouette cardstock, which look great together! The stamp set is Stitched Exotics.
Pam Lee made this card. She used the new set Oval All from the Occasions Mini.
Got to have that new Scallop Oval Punch too!
I believe Anne Sanderson made the next card. (she didn't put her name on it!)
She used the stamp set Totally Tool. Love the colors (Tempting Turquoise, Chocolate Chip, and Pacific Point)
This card had no name on it!
I am really starting to like the tree from this set, its called Thoughts & Prayers.
And the last card... is the one I made for the swap.
I used the set Good Friends.
I really enjoy getting together with other demonstrator, and gathering new ideas and techniques to share! (And talking about our addiction to stamps!)
